What is your call-out fee?
Normal Call out-fee: R 770 excluding vat for the first hour. Every hour thereafter R 550.00 excluding vat. (8:00 am - 17:00 pm)
Emergency call out fee including first hour: R 1200.00 excluding vat. Every hour thereafter R 770.00 excluding vat. (17:00 pm - 8:00 am)

The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply to this promotion. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to be automatically bound by these terms and conditions.

- “Successful referral” means that the referral of an individual or business resulted in a call out by K-Plumbing to the individual or business.
- This promotion will run for a limited period only and K-Plumbing reserves the right to discontinue this promotion at its discretion. This promotion is not open to any staff members of K-Plumbing and their immediate family members.
A person may refer as many individuals / businesses as possible and will remain eligible for a cash back payment of R250 with each successful referral .

K-Plumbing will apply the following rates, based on incremental number of call outs per month:
Complete 7 call outs in a calendar month:

Savings based on K-Plumbing’s normal call out rate as published on our website

Average saving Up to 17%
Savings based on K-Plumbing’s normal call out rate as published on our website

- By agreeing, you can have the benefit of our committed services at reduced rates, the saving which increases significantly based on the number of call outs. K-Plumbing applies reduced rates for both the call out/1st hour activities as well as for the follow-on hour(s), for call outs which will require more than one hour of attention by one of our experienced teams.
- K-Plumbing further highlights that this proposal will cover extended business hours, Mon to Fri (8am to 8pm)
- K-Plumbing confirms that the proposal excludes the following:
