RETURNS POLICY
K-Plumbing Online Store – Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
- K-Plumbing accepts returns within 7 days of purchase for unused items, in their original packaging, and saleable condition.
- Returns are valid for products purchased directly from the K-Plumbing online store. Products bought from other retailers must be returned to the respective seller.
2. Exclusions from Returns:
- Certain items may not be eligible for return, including used products, customized or special-order items, and products without original packaging or tags.
3. Return Procedure:
- To initiate a return, customers must contact K-Plumbing’s customer service team within the 7-day window from the date of purchase.
- A return authorization number (RA number) will be provided, which should be marked on the return package.
4. Packaging and Shipping for Returns:
- Products being returned must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to an error on K-Plumbing’s part.
5. Inspection and Refunds:
- Upon receipt of the returned item(s), K-Plumbing will inspect the products to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- If the returned items comply with the policy, a refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Defective or Damaged Items:
- In case of defective or damaged items received, customers should immediately notify K-Plumbing and provide relevant details along with supporting images.
- K-Plumbing will either replace the item(s) or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
