Pricing:
100-150 Litre Geyser: from R8050 incl. VAT, includes drum, vacuum breaker, pipes up to one meter, and installation.
200 Litre Geyser: from R10 925 incl. VAT, includes drum, vacuum breaker, pipes up to one meter, and installation.
Call-out Rates:
Normal Call-Out Fee: R920 including VAT for the first hour. Every hour thereafter is R650 including VAT (8:00 am – 17:00 pm).
Emergency Call-Out Fee, including the first hour: R1400 including VAT. Every hour thereafter is R910 including VAT (17:00 pm – 8:00 am).

K-Plumbing offers a 3-month guarantee on our workmanship (2 months above plumbing norms and standards).

Look, I'm not just blowing a plumber's hose, but this company is awesome.I dried and broke a pipe in the wall. Notes to myself. You are not a plumber.In a panic, I call them. 2nd she answered lazily. I'm sending someone. The old chase n pipe replaces him and makes a plan to make the problem easier for the future. I still here comes a huge amount. But unfortunately not then. I recently hired K-plumbing for a plumbing issue and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment I called, their team was prompt, professional, and efficient. After agreeing 2 days prior, upon a time between 8am to 11am for K-Plumbing to conduct maintenance work, I took time away from my biz ensuring that I would be available to allow them access. At 12noon without so much as a message from K-Plumbing, I returned to my work. At 3pm they phoned and advise they're on their way! Sorry, we maybe small fry but decency is decency.

A call out was made on the 20th January 2024 and work was done on the 21st of January by Desmond, who was great. Since the 22nd of January, I have been waiting to receive my Certificate of Compliance. Despite immediate payment from my side, the process to even obtain an invoice was fraught with difficulties, including numerous phone calls and whatsapp messages. Additionally, the invoice that was eventually provided contained incorrect information i.e incorrect address, no serial numbers, showed an outstanding amount. I had to wait 4 days to get the an invoice with the correct information.The effort to receive the Certificate of Compliance, has been met with no service from your administrative staff. I have had to constantly follow up via WhatsApp and phone calls, only to receive excuses without resolution.This apparently needs to be done by the owner of K-Plumbing as per Chane. I regret ever contacting K-plumbing. It is now 31st of January and I am yet to receive the certificate of compliance that I need to submit to my insurance.

I called in a blocked drain on Sunday night at 8 p.m. and Given and Daniel arrived an hour later and resolved the issue within 10 minutes. Even their after-hours rates are extremely fair!!! Given and Daniel were so professional and courteous, I cannot rave enough about their service.
Kristen was courteous and professional. After understanding my unique problems, she was able to get a team to me within an hour. Daniel, the plumber understood the problem and it was resolved within minutes, a clean and tidy job. I indicated a few other issues that I needed help with and he was able to fix these quickly.
