Call-out Rates:
Normal Call-Out Fee: R920 including VAT for the first hour. Every hour thereafter is R650 including VAT (8:00 am – 17:00 pm).
Emergency Call-Out Fee, including the first hour: R1400 including VAT. Every hour thereafter is R910 including VAT (17:00 pm – 8:00 am).

Gone are the days of dirty old man in an undersized kortbroek safari suit and black man in a blue overall with a beat up Datsun 1200 plumbing. This was an impressive experience. Given and Sam you are champions.I highly recommend their services.
Terrible service. Damaged a basin during installation, chipped it and scrached it. The owner phoned me after publishing a negative rating and informed me they will refurbish (re-surface) or replace the basin. He requested me to give K-plumbing a fair opportunity to correct the work and to remove my negative rating, which I did. They remove the basin on 5 November 2024. I Informed K-plumbing and the owners in writing and by whatsapp we do not accept their proposal to resurface / refurbish the basin since we supplied them with a new vanity and basin to install. Only their workers handled the basin and vanity and didn't report any damages on it before installation. Cost of replacement of the vanity and basin amount to R13000. A week later and they don't respond to e-mails and what's app messages.Paid them in advance for other services that has not been rendered yet. Don't receive any feedback from them.Will probably need to refer the matter to the The ombudsman, buy a new vanity and basin at a amount of R13 000 and pay other plumbers to do the installation they were already paid for.

I'm sending someone. The old chase n pipe replaces him and makes a plan to make the problem easier for the future. I still here comes a huge amount. But unfortunately not then. After agreeing 2 days prior, upon a time between 8am to 11am for K-Plumbing to conduct maintenance work, I took time away from my biz ensuring that I would be available to allow them access. At 12noon without so much as a message from K-Plumbing, I returned to my work. At 3pm they phoned and advise they're on their way! Sorry, we maybe small fry but decency is decency.

A call out was made on the 20th January 2024 and work was done on the 21st of January by Desmond, who was great. Since the 22nd of January, I have been waiting to receive my Certificate of Compliance. Despite immediate payment from my side, the process to even obtain an invoice was fraught with difficulties, including numerous phone calls and whatsapp messages. Additionally, the invoice that was eventually provided contained incorrect information i.e incorrect address, no serial numbers, showed an outstanding amount. I had to wait 4 days to get the an invoice with the correct information.The effort to receive the Certificate of Compliance, has been met with no service from your administrative staff. I have had to constantly follow up via WhatsApp and phone calls, only to receive excuses without resolution.This apparently needs to be done by the owner of K-Plumbing as per Chane. I regret ever contacting K-plumbing. It is now 31st of January and I am yet to receive the certificate of compliance that I need to submit to my insurance.

After contacting two other plumbers who were still closed for the holiday, I found K-Plumbing on the internet. Looking at all the good reviews, I was a bit sceptical but decided to call them anyway. They fixed my problem very professionally and fully deserve their five star rating.

Daniel, the plumber understood the problem and it was resolved within minutes, a clean and tidy job. I indicated a few other issues that I needed help with and he was able to fix these quickly.
